Work underway on final Albion Gateway phase
Work on the final phase of St Modwen’s development at Albion Gateway has started
Located in Burton-upon-Trent, the scheme will include a number of industrial and trade units ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 5,775 sq ft.
DNS have secured another stabilisation program for St Modwen’s, that will see the site cleared of vegetation, debris & electrical fencing, reengineer the soil and recycle insitu materials. All in preparation for
Completion of the new units is expected in early 2019.
